Second Chance’s S.P.O.T. program makes the cost of spaying or neutering your pet more affordable. This program helps pets in need get spayed/neutered. We do provide additional resources to help those that need financial assistance to have their pets spayed/neutered.
Please note – the low-cost spay and neuter program is for dogs and cats up to and including age 5. If your pet is over the age of five, please call one of our veterinary hospitals directly for assistance.

We set up our spay/neuter clinic to serve our shelter animals and to provide affordable spay/neuter services for the public. Please contact us at 303-703-2938 for more information or to schedule a surgical appointment.
Surgical appointments are presently being scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All surgery patients undergo full anesthesia, which includes pain management during their procedure. In addition, all patients will be sent home with three days worth of pain medication for their post-operative care. Both cats and dogs will be sent home with an e-collar, to prevent licking of the incision site.

The park can be a bit noisy do to its location but amusement park lights and roller-coaster sounds add to the atmosphere on fair-weather nights.
